THE ULTIMATE WATERMELON LEMONADE RECIPE

Yesterday I was invited to a little garden party at my friend's house. I was asked to bring something to drink and thought this was the best occasion to share my all time favorite lemonade. All you need is a blender and a few ingredients. I can assure you, this will be the hit at your next party.

recipe:
one half watermelon (seedless)
water (you are the one to decide the amount of water you want to use)
two tablespoons of brown sugar (of course you can use less and more)
four tablespoons of lemon juice
a few leaves of mint (optional)

steps:
1. cut the watermelon in pieces and put it into the blender
2. add a bit of water, lemon juice, brown sugar and if you want a few leaves of mint
3. blend until you're fine with consistency. If it's too thick, add more water.
4. you can always add a little bit of sugar, water and lemon juice if you're not satisfied with the taste, it's all up to you
5. now drink and enjoy!

P.S. You can leave out the sugar if you want an healthy version. I prefer it without sugar cause the watermelon gives sweetness itself.
